Circulation cooling filter units

Recirculation cooler filtration units (UKF) are compact systems made up of boost pump, filter and plate heat exchanger for offline cooling-filtration circuits. The continuous cooling and filtration in the bypass flow can significantly increase the service life of the oil and the hydraulic system.

The thermal bypass valve ensures that the system can start up even at lower temperatures.
In order to ensure a constant oil temperature, a closed-loop water volume controller can also be installed. This controller ensures that only the volume of water required to achieve the desired oil temperature is fed to the plate heat exchanger.
