    CSM 1000

    The ContaminationSensor Module CSM 1000 is an Online Condition Monitoring System for the continuous measurement of solid particle contamination in hydraulic and lubrication fluids with high proportions of air bubbles. Air bubbles are brought into solution by means of an integrated air bubble suppression and are therefore not measured as particles. The CSM 1000 is the ideal complete solution for counting out a fluid for particles, independent of the total hydraulic system.
    • Total flow rate (standard pump) ≈ 100 ml/min
      Total flow rate (pump, stable under primary pressure) ≈ 180 ml/min
    • Permitted pressure at output 5 bar max.
    • Permissible viscosity range for measurement operation: 10 ... 1000 mm²/sec
    • Ready for connection, complete solution for tanks and pressure lines in lubrication systems and test benches
    • Air bubble suppression
    • Optionally with AquaSensor AS 1000 and/or HYDACLab®
    • Lubrication oil system monitoring in the paper, steel and energy industry
    • Preventive, proactive preparation of maintenance work
    • Component cleanliness monitoring in test benches
