Cylinders

Cylinders are an important drive element in machine engineering. They are used in an extensive range of applications. In stationary applications, from special-purpose engineering and bridge lifting cylinders to safety actuation functions in the power station. In mobile applications, from the crane telescoping unit to uses in agriculture. Often having to deal with extreme conditions, high loads and long holding times.

With our extensive experience and broad product range of hydraulic cylinders and electric cylinders, we are able to tackle these challenges effectively. We consider each customer’s specific requirements, taking into account energy efficiency, weight optimisation, service life, maintenance and the economic feasibility of the entire system.

We can use cylinders in conjunction with HYDAC hydraulic power units and KineSys drive solutions to deliver complete system solutions. We can also integrate or mount sensors to provide information on linear position, pressure or force to the controller.
