FCU 1000

The FCU 1000 serves as a portable service device for the temporary measurement of solid contamination as well as water saturation and fluid temperature in hydraulic systems. The integrated pump and the supplied hoses allow the application to:

  • Control circuits
  • pressure circuits and
  • non-pressure containers

All measurement data (ISO, SAE/NAS as well as % saturation and temperature in °C or °F) are stored in the internal data store. The measurement results can be transmitted via Bluetooth to a terminal for evaluation. For use in hydraulic systems, for service in mobile hydraulics and for maintenance.

  • Suitable for hydraulic oils up to 350 mm2/s (hydraulic oils up to ISO VG 68)
  • For short-term operation (S4, according to DIN EN 60034/VDE 0530)
  • FCU 1315 also suitable for diesel applications
