Gas Cyclone Separator GCS and Gas Demister Separator GDS for separating aerosol droplets and surging fluids before main filtration
Features
- Gas Cyclone Separator: compact design and high filtration efficiency (aerosol droplets >5 µm), low sensitivity to fluctuations in operating conditions (pressure and flow rate)
- Gas Demister Separator: unlike a cyclone, the demister is not entirely suitable for solid contamination and fluctuating operating conditions, as this greatly impairs the filtration efficiency (separation of aerosol droplets >15 µm)
