FMS

The FluidMonitoring System FMS is a ready for connection Plug & Work module for the measurement and monitoring of

  • solid particle contamination,
  • water saturation and
  • temperature

of hydraulic and lubrication fluids. The measured values can simply be displayed on the integrated display screen or forwarded as a 4 ... 20 mA signal to a PLC. In addition, it is possible to transfer the measured values through the USB stick supplied to a PC and afterwards to process and evaluate the data by means of MS Excel or HYDAC's own FluidMonitoring software FluMoS. The FMS enables the storage of up to 60,000 measured values with time reference (i.e. data recording for a six-month period with measurements in 5-minute cycles). For utilisation at the stationary hydraulics of presses, plastic injection moulding machines, paper machines, in steel and power plants, etc.
