PCS 2000

The PCS2000 is a stationary measuring system for automating the cooling lubricant supply. Depending on requirements, the PCS2000 has a built-in pump or a measuring valve to analyse the fluid. Pure refill operation is also possible. The SmartMix or a dosing pump (optional) is used to regulate a constant cooling lubricant concentration and tank fill level. The PCS2000 can cover up to 10 measuring points, either as a standalone device on centralised cooling lubricant systems or in combination with the SmartMix. The device continuously monitors the concentration, pH value and temperature. The measured values are monitored for limit values and if the set limits are exceeded, a signal is sent to the display and via the electrical interfaces.
